Job Description
BAR ACCOUNTANT Responsible for accounting procedures of the bar department.
Accounting background and/or education required.

BAR STAFF
The Bar Department is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages in areas such as night clubs, discos, decks, restaurants, room service, private parties and all bars and bar areas.
Bar Accountant Responsible for accounting procedures of the bar department.
Accounting background and/or education required.
Salary range 2000 3000 per month
Bar Boy/Utility (responsible for the cleanliness of lounges and re-stocking bar supplies) No experience required. Entry level position.
Salary Range 800 1000- per month depending on percentage of tips.
Bar Manager Supervises the entire operations of the bar department, oversees training and management of the bar staff and cleanliness of lounges. Reports directly to the Hotel Manager. Must have a minimum of three/five year’s food and beverage experience preferable having been trained in the entire bar department operations.
Salary range 2500 3500 per month with possible percentage of revenues.
Assistant Bar Manager Assists the bar manager with the entire operation of the bar department. Responsible for the bar staff and cleanliness of the lounges. Must have a minimum of three year’s food and beverage experience and be trained in the entire bar department operations.
Salary Range 2400 – 3200 per month with possible percentage of revenues.
Bar Steward/Stewardess Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in lounges and decks. 2 years experience required.
Salary range 1800 2200 per month depending on gratuities (15% gratuity
Is added to all passengers drinks account)
Bartender Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in lounges and on decks, bar set-up, cleanliness and stocking. He/She follows inventory control procedures and is responsible for work-schedules and services in his/her assigned area. He/she is responsible for maintenance and cleaning. Where possible is responsible for training and instructions to new staff, especially International cocktails.
Salary region 2300 3100 per month including gratuities.
Bar Waiter/Waitress Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in all bar areas, set up bar stations, assist in re-stocking and cleaning. Must have experience in working in restaurants or hotels.
Salary including gratuities 2000 2500 per month. (15% gratuity is added to all passengers’ drinks account)
