Job Description Supervising the floor in the shifts, Assembly supervisor
Responsible for productivity of the cell
Supervising Assembly, Sub Assembly & Machine shop
Develop programme & methods for CNC turning & machining centre
Reduce cycle time & setting time from the current status.
Upkeeping of shop floor
To implement the preventive maintenance schedule & document
Rejection & rework tobe minimised utilisation
Planning of the loads, tools, jigs & fixtures.
Guiding operators for timely completion of orders with right quality
Progress chasing effectively to ensure OTD.
To ensure that the load given by planning is completed within the measrement period
Accountability of materials issued to shop floor.
