Job Description     Overseeing software design development and testing for body and comfort electronics
Mentoring and leading by example software development activities
Strategic business planning
Interacting with Domestic and International customers
Career planning and coaching for engineers and team leaders
Manpower planning for software domain
Accountable for delivery schedule and meeting performance targets
Desired Profile     Total eight years or more in embedded software development; of that at lease 3 years in automotive software development. Hands on experience with model based development and testing using Simulink/Stateflow, TargetLink. Experience with AutoSAR architecture and SPICE quality system is essential. Experience with body and comfort electronics and international exposure with tier one automotive supplier is preferred. MTech/MS or PhD is not essential but preferred.
