*Conduct the quantity & standard of mise en place as per the business
*Maintain clean & hygienic standards in the kitchen
*To coordinate the menu planning & maintaining food cost

*Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
*3 to 7 years of experience in reputed hotels
*1 to 2 yrs. experience in Supervisory role is essential
